Avionics Networks supports Starlink Mini for airplanes by providing an aviation-oriented Pilot Kit for portable in-flight connectivity. The solution is designed for aircraft owners and operators who need more than a simple consumer bracket, with aircraft-conscious mounting, restraint, power integration, configuration guidance, and optional SkyFi6 Smart Aviation Wi-Fi Router support. Our mounts are made entirely of aerospace aluminum and heavy-duty suction cups capable of sustaining 6Gs of force. With this ruggedized design, they do not deform under UV exposure or extreme temperatures.
The Pilot Kit supports airplane, aircraft, turboprop, light jet, rotorcraft, and general aviation applications where cabin geometry, window placement, cable routing, power availability, and onboard Wi-Fi management matter.

SkyFi6 Smart Aviation Wi-Fi Router
The SkyFi6 is Avionics Networks’ Smart Aviation Wi-Fi Router. It is designed to make aircraft connectivity practical by managing the onboard Wi-Fi network, passenger access, routing behavior, and aircraft-side integration instead of relying only on the terminal’s built-in Wi-Fi.
SkyFi6 is not limited to one satellite terminal ecosystem. It is designed as an aircraft networking platform compatible with Starlink terminals and prepared for future LEO connectivity options, including Amazon LEO and Viasat LEO architectures, where aircraft operators may need intelligent routing, network management, passenger controls, and multi-link support.
For Starlink Mini installations, SkyFi6 becomes especially important in dual-terminal configurations, where one terminal may perform better than the other depending on aircraft heading, window placement, banking, obstructions, and antenna visibility. SkyFi6 helps turn the Pilot Kit from a simple terminal mount into a managed aviation connectivity system.

Our Pilot Kit is focused on practical aircraft use, including mounting, restraint, power integration, configuration guidance, onboard Wi-Fi, and optional SkyFi6 Smart Aviation Wi-Fi Router support.
For operators who want a portable and lower-entry-cost approach, the Avionics Networks Pilot Kit supports customer-provided Starlink Mini equipment and helps adapt the aircraft-side network, power, and mounting environment for aviation use.
Independent support
Starlink Mini Setup, Activation Guidance, and Aviation Network Integration
Avionics Networks does not resell Starlink service subscriptions. Customers purchase the Starlink Mini kit and service directly from Starlink. Once the Pilot Kit is ordered, Avionics Networks assists with configuration, service activation guidance, aircraft-side integration support, and optional network management tools.
Avionics Networks can be added as an admin user at the customer’s discretion to provide configuration and support, similar to an external IT support provider focused on satcom and aviation networking systems.
